My week out in the Northwest...

For my practicum class at Gonzaga University, I had to visit the campus in Spokane, WA for three days. Since I've never been to the Pacific Northwest, I really had no choice but to take the whole week and sandwich this visit with a trip to Seattle and see where I wound up. While I was at it, I figured it was also time to make my inaugural Amtrak voyage, so I bought a round trip ticket from Seattle and away I went. What a blast!! I had an amazing time. I met wonderful people, ate incredible food, drank delicious beer and walked nearly 75 miles in less than a week! Seriously, I had to quadruple check the pedometer on my smartwatch and then compare it to the one on my phone.
